TIME OUT ROOM FOR AUTISTIC AND SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN?

Okay, there are very few things anger me. Let me just put that out there.

Care to know what DOES upset me though?

READ:
(if you find yourself too lazy, read my synopsis underneath the link, as well as my opinion.)

SYNOPSIS - A school has stopped the use of a "time out room", used for soothing those upset students.
So, what's the problem? It is unsafe. (And beyond cruel, if you ask me...)
(Mind you, this is taking part in a school that specializes in education for students with challenges.)

There was exposed pipes, concrete walls, and many children (some suffering with Autism,) have hurt themselves in this horrible nightmare of a room!

As a young woman who survives through Asperger's disorder, I find this disgusting. I feel like we're living through the ages of hatred towards disabled people.

But really... riddle me this, Batman... WHO IS DISABLED???

I am, you are. Doubt it? Well, are you colorblind? Do you have possible ADHD, dyslexia, bipolar disorder, or even a mild form of depression?

Are we going to scold our soldier for coming back disabled too? Their limbs are gone, their mind is in pain...
and my mind is too.

Despite this, Dear Americans... you fail to accept that none of us are perfect.

For example, Many people are visually male or female. But did you know that if you have one sex-chromosome out of whack, you are intersex?

Most of us do.

None of us are made perfectly.
Yes,
"God makes no mistakes." But you know what? God wants us with spunk.

You just dont like spunk.

I guess what I'm trying to say is ;

-Stop hurting those who scare you
-Stop fearing those who want acceptance
-Love yourself, Love your life, Love the world

I guess that's my blog for now.

Ta ta for now, as Tigger the Tiger would say...
